Hello Chiwa, Your review is very concerning to us and while we attempted to locate you in our systems, so we can reach out directly tomorrow during business hours, we were a bit surprised that we weren't able to locate you anywhere in our systems to do so. We have a new Community Director in place who has been meeting with our actual residents on a daily basis in person, over the phone, or even via email to help better understand their concerns and bring resolution to them in a professional way and already redefining their experience. During new ownership and management, things can get a bit confusing and I'm certain you may have her confused with the prior team. Regarding the parking, I can assure you we're tackling this head on and have already began auditing and providing resolutions to our residents for alternative solutions for this. As far as the other concerns, we have yet to have our actual residents come in to talk to us about this.
